This post from the official google blog, about google goggles which was launched and updated today with includes the following features: use pictures to search the web, Search by voice on speak your queries in natural language. Simply hold your iPhone or Android to your ear and say your query.

(Supports American, British, Indian or Australian English accents, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Polish, Korean and Dutch.)
